winner: annual event visual identity redesign
The Challenge: To win a competitive redesign of a meaningful logotype and translate it into a high-impact, 360° event experience.
The Solution: Starting with the "Listening Crow", a tribute to Lisbon’s heritage and BNI’s core value of active listening, I developed a modular visual language. The goal was to ensure the identity felt cohesive across every touchpoint, from the intimate scale of a delegate booklet and stationery to the grand scale of a photo backdrop and venue decorations.
The Result: A vibrant, adaptable system that balanced professional networking with a celebratory event atmosphere, proving that a single, strong concept can anchor an entire physical environment.
